Coffee table books really amp up the style in your home. Whether used for reading, a conversation piece, or for establishing varied heights – the answer is always clear. Some of these reads amaze me; simply based on the creative content hidden inside.
Can we first talk about Lee? Based on (Caroline)Lee Radziwill who was the younger sister of Jacqueline Kennedy and involved in public relations, interior design, and acting. This autobiography is beyond interesting. It’s filled with old photographs, personal notes, and the people who influenced her throughout life. So, so, so well done.
If you’re looking for a book full of inspiration, India Hicks does not disappoint. Timeless island designs takes you to another place (with piña colada in hand.)
Gypset living and style will always be two of my favorites. Because who wouldn’t be intrigued by gypsy lifestyle?
Eat Drink Nap brings all elements of home – recipes, cocktails, and decor. Aesthetically pleasing from inside out.
So, the funny thing is, this blog is based on “coffee table books”, but we actually don’t have a coffee table in our rental – HA! I totally can’t wait for the day we have one, but Cruz needs that extra room to run around, so, I’ll give it to him. Just goes to show you don’t have to have one either – any surface will do. Currently, I use our built-in bookshelf, on the radiators (shown below), and on top of the bedroom armoire (shown above). Speaking of armoire – no, it wasn’t in the bedroom post, but a recent Craigslist find! I’ll get a full perspective photo on here soon, however, you can see how its styled in the photo above.^ Also, take a peek at that Brigette Bardot print, she’s cool.
Currently in my collection: India Hicks, Lee Radziwill, Eat Drink Nap, Italian Gardens, Gypset Living, Gypset Style, Remodelista, The New Bohemians, Havana Modern, The Kinfolk Home

If there are any coffee table books you can’t live without, let me know! There’s always room for more, am I right?
