As we wrap up the finishing touches on some of these rooms, it’s so gratifying to see how far we’ve come. All the blood, sweat, and tears put into this home and seeing my designs come alive make it all worth it. OK, minimal on the blood and tears, so, mostly just a ton of sweat. Currently, we’re working on the second bedroom on this level, then we will be beginning the main bathroom project. Did I mention how stoked I am for this?! I’ll be sharing a moodboard here soon. Feel free to look back on this post to reference the ‘befores’.
HALLWAY
So happy we went with these doors – minimal and modern. I paired it with the ultra sleek, black iron handles. Did you see that cute flush light? We have one more at the front door just to the right of this photo and another in our upstairs hall. Just a little bit more paint and trim to go until we can check this off the list!
LIVING ROOM
Thoughtfully collected items. Styling this space has been a gradual process; one piece at a time. You can’t see it in this photo but there is a concrete table behind the sofa (ecstatic when I found it!) The plan is to prop and lean a large brass mirror. Then, I’ll layer art, a table lamp, and decor. I did not want the sofa directly against this massive wall because it really cuts it off. Layering will be a bit more organic *que the sofa table!* More to come on this space as we go…
black marble coffee table of my dreams (thanks Mom + Dad!)
KITCHEN
My love for this kitchen is beyond words. Every little detail. I’ve got a full reveal post on my radar SO until then!
DINING
All we need is a little art, oh, and chairs would be fine. Thinking modern, warm wood vibes.
Thanks for following along, xo!
